I will never recommend anyone to come here, as their services really not worth for the money spent. I did scaling&polishing + fillings for two teeth, it all get done within 30mins, you can imagine how it was done casually. I still can feel there is plaque on my teeth (i felt pain when the dentist do the scaling, in full speed). I requested to re-do my old fillings, the dentist just drilled off the old one without taking care whether the patient is feeling pain and the new fillings are also not done well (and its even worse than my old one). If its not bcs of border closure, i would have do it in Malaysia.

I broke my tooth so I tried many places but all were fully booked. However the receptionist on shift today (26/06, 4PM) understood my plight and forced in a slot for me despite the busy crowd on a Saturday. I am deeply appreciated by her compassion, as well as the dentist (Dr. Denzil) who accomodated to my requests. If not for the receptionist, I would have to suffer an exposed tooth for days. ??

Seriously the WORST filling experience I have ever had. Done two fillings, both are molar teeth. I do not understand how can she finished each fillings in 10 minutes, never had such experience before. One of the tooth, after filling, still feeling painful when I am eating. So after around three weeks, I go to the other dental clinic and let the dentist there have a look. Turns out that the filling was not fully completed, some part missed out. The dentist helped me to redo the filling. Whereas another tooth, the dentist showed me that there are some "soft part" in the filling, she can even scratch something out from the filling using the dental floss. She told me that after a certain time, the "soft part" will crumble. In conclusion, I have to redo both fillings within less than one month. Really wasted my money in this Bukit Batok branch. Besides, the receptionist who received my call when I call to make appointment, was extremely rude and very impatient. I really wonder why there are good reviews regarding their receptionist. I will never come here again.

Consultation that doesnt even last for 15 minutes cost me $200+. No cleaning, nothing. Reccomended me for gum treatment which cost $600 & also suggest to extract my wisdom tooth which I do not have any problem with. Dirty, cramp x-ray room with boxes piling here and there. Hazard. Went to another clinic with the same issue, and it was totally a different story. I had my tooth cleaned, a thorough check and it cost me lesser. Bad experience. First and the definitely the last.

Gave up after waiting for more than an hour for a simple polishing and scaling visit. Was a walk-in customer simply because the receptionist told me they are only accepting walk-ins for today - she did not provide me a reason over the call. Upon arrival, was told that I would have to wait for an indefinite amount of time because other patients with appointments would get the priority. Would have greatly preferred if the receptionist managed my expectations on the waiting time, simply by informing the number of patients before me, instead of just saying "I also dont know" when asked for the estimated waiting time. There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of communication and expectation management. Also, as this dental shares the same shopfront as another clinic, any prolonged waiting time will increase the chance of encountering a potential Covid patient. No doubt, this will be my last visit here.

I got 2 wisdom teeth extracted on separate occasions at Q&M by Dr Denzil and he is really skilful in his work. He is extremely gentle and attentive to detail which is something I really appreciate. The counter staff such as Ms Connie is also very friendly which overall made my visit to the dentist an enjoyable one! Thank you all!

Dr Denzil was highly recommended by my friends when I urgently need to visit a dentist (my usual dentist was on holidays) to fix my chipped tooth. The receptionist (I didnt get her name) was helpful with my queries and proceeded to get me the earliest appointment possible. Upon visit, she was also very very kind and patient. Dr Denzil was patient and assuring with my needs, explaining to me the whole procedure. I always feel scared to visit a dentist because of a bad experience in the past. However, I had booked another visit for polishing immediately after this. Thank you for this 5 stars experience!

Went for a tooth extraction yesterday with dr Chan Li Lin. She is super professional, explains procedures very well, and definitely knows how to make you comfortable (I was stressed about this extraction :)). Everything went smooth and without pain. Nurse and person at the counter were very nice too.
