My fiancee visited this clinic to seek a diagnosis for a lump on his eye. His former doctor was Dr Winston Lee who he has spoken very fondly of. However, the current doctor in charge, barely took a second to examine my fiancée's eye. He immediately stated that this required the attention of a specialist. He was then told to wait outside where the administrative personnel wrote him a referral letter. The referral letter did not include any reference to any hospital Upon questioning the counter staff on why a hospital wasn't explicitly referenced in the letter, my fiancee was informed that he had two choices 1) Google the hospital of his choice and go there to seek specialist help 2) Go to a polyclinic with the current referral letter to obtain *another* referral letter from the polyclinic. He paid 21 dollars for absolutely useless information that he could have easily googled on his own. We put our faith in medical professionals when we are unwell and we expect them to do a decent job. Please have some ethics and exercise professionalism when dealing with patients. Definitely would not recommend this clinic if you have a pressing medical problem that needs immediate attention.
