Been there for 3 times for scaling & polishing. Always a pleasant trip there. The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful

I need to point out the misleading experience at this place. I asked the receptionist on the price of scaling & polishing, and noted about the price range of SGD100. My main purpose was to have a dental checkup and followed by scaling & polishing, and happy to pay about SGD150 for that including consultation fee. However, during the check up, the dentist required me to take X-ray photos. Though I was puzzled, but I thought this might be a more careful examination procedure conducted by the dentist. At the end, the dentist also gave me a fluoride treatment, which I thought was the latest technology/treatment as part of the scaling & polishing process. It turned out that the two X-ray photos costed me SGD 60, and the fluoride treatment SGD 25. The total price was SGD230. I am not happy with the fact that the additional procedures conducted without telling the customera upfront. When I asked the receptionist on this, she said I already read the price list at the desk. Come on, having read the price list does not mean that I agreed with the additional treatments you want to offer. Plus your X-ray photo price list was not shown on the price list either. I paid the full price, and learned about the lesson. I hope the others won't repeat this mistake when you get your dental checkup. I did my scaling & polishing at the other places before, they did not conduct X-ray check and fluoride treatment.

Visited for 6 monthly check up, different experience from the last time. Got Dr Bryan Hee today and he was very professional. Thorough cleaning and he took the time to go through step by step of gum care, flossing method and also brushing technique revision. Habitually we’ve all been brushing our teeth the way we think we know. So it’s good to have someone revisit those topics. And this time I didn’t even have to say I didn’t want the fluoride treatment. He told me that I didn’t require so he wasn’t going to apply it. Hope to get him on next visit as well.

I switch between the Bukit Batok branch and Ocean Financial Branch time to time. Doctor Ronald Tan and everyone are extremely nice and understanding. I did braces and they are professionals at it. The process is painless, and they are all super nice to me. Im a perfectionist and yet I think the result is amazing! It’s such an amazing experience and I highly recommend anyone to visit Lee & Lee Dental !!
