Always closed, nothing on the website, never answer the phone... wasted time

Love to shop here for my trekking stuff. Small and cosy shop

I'm here right now at half past two on a saturday and it is closed. opening hours need to be updated to avoid wasting people's time.

Opening hours not reliable. The shop is supposed to be open on Sunday afternoon, but we wasted time going all the way to find out a big "closed" sign next to the "opening hours" indicating that Sunday afternoon the shop is open...

one stop for all your hiking, trekking and maybe mountaineering needs. not pushy and quite a haven for people on a budget. The place encompasses almost all the necessities and some luxuries for those who can afford it. To top it off, plenty of great advice for many tracks in Asia.

Not open at 17:21, even though the sign says OPEN and published store hours are up to 19:30. Complete waste of time. EDIT: The notice on the door mentioned 'out on some erand' and referred the visitor to call a cell phone number. There was no notice of reduced work hours on the store front, though such a notice is in fact posted on a web site.

The customer service was amazing and the store owner was very knowledgeable and kind towards any and all queries on the products I was there to buy a cooking set and was introduced to a wide range and a value for money items
