β β β β β Made my first purchase at the Vivo outlet. The customer service was superb. The staff, a gentleman with beard and specs serving me , suddenly couldn't recall his name, think Danzen, was so knowledgeable with the products, very friendly and recommended me the suitable products when I told him about skin condition. He sprayed some scent onto my purchase bag which was a nice touch as I told him I love the scent in the shop. I seldom write reviews but this guy totally impressed me. ?

β β β β β Love Aesop and their product. Saw the reviews online and was a bit concern about service but it end up to be a nice experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, she is very patient in letting me trying and exploring my preference, she also spray the perfume on the bag after packing my product, very lovely smell.

β β β β β Had an absolutely pleasant shopping experience at Vivo's Aesop outlet yesterday.
Went there looking for a fragrance, and was served by Chervonne, who was very patient and descriptive with her explanation. You can just tell how knowledgeable she is and that is definitely a plus point when it comes to trusting an advisor during a purchase. Overall, got exactly what i was looking for and on top of that, served by a very warm and welcoming service crew.

β β β β β Loved the retail staff here. Was very helpful when I came to this outlet to buy a gift for my aunt. Even offered tea and help to choose the gift from the many product ranges that they have stocked in the shop. After the selection, she then proceeded to wrap up the gift for me at no extra charge. That's what I call customer service!

β β β β β Great Aesop store are always, quality furnishings and friendly staff that are happy to help you out!
I personally recommend Aesopβs razors and after-shave, very little skin irritation after shaving.
Itβs pretty expensive, but definitely worth it if you are willing to invest in your outer appearance~

He was careful to ask what were our concerns before making any recommendation. Aesop is lucky to have him! Thank you for such an exceptional experience and we will be back!
