★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service by staff Kaiboon Pua here! Was very responsive and respectful when I needed help in trying the shoes. He really made my day, keep up the good work Kaiboon!? The only room for improvement about the store is that they could maybe improve the door lock of the changing room to a proper door lock to prevent people from being able to break open. Other than that, this stall is great!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, I must praise the Sales staff whom we engaged, but the slides I bought in May 2022 gave way in Jun while in Bangkok. Product is so inferior! You would expect someone stepped on you for it to give way but it just gave way without any tell tale signs! Contacted PUMA HQ and all they can tell me was to contact this shop. Sighs!!!
