★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received vouchers from my friend as b'day gift but the vouchers are not redeemable at all. Tried emailing them 4 months ago but no replies. Tried calling the outlets but all they could do was to ask me to send in emails. Ridiculous! Scammer shop! Avoid at all cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there’s an option to give a negative rating, I’ll give a negative 5 stars for teasing a Chinese lady with her young son. My family and I were at this LE Hall of Fame branch at Vivo. This Chinese lady was enquiring if there are other colors for the pair of sneakers which she was intending to buy for her son. There were 3 staff at the point of time and one of them told her that if she wants other colors, she can just get the particular color marker and paint over the shoes. The other 2 staff just laughed themselves away.
As a reputable company, that’s not the way to treat your customers, L.E. Totally gutted. You should call yourself Hall of Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice is if you don't wanna ruin your mood, avoid visiting this place at all. Visited this place on a weekday afternoon at vivo city (14 jan) to get the nike air force but the staff was reluctant to check for sizes. when I merely asked to change for another pair due to slight defects, he lost his cool and said it is the only pair in store followed by rude hand gestures and attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience with this particular store in Vivo. Rude and unprofessional. I am 6.5 UK sized feet guy and i asked them for size and they cynically told me there are no 6.5 size for Adidas produced for men and no effort to check in their inventory at all. Instead, they asked me to look at the women's section. C'mon man, no 6.5 UK size for Adidas in the world?. I thought they were kidding. I hope they werent because making fun of your customer is bulls**t. I should have take the review on this page seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on 29th August 2021 to purchase 2 pairs of shoes. There are 2 staff serving us at the moment. While my hubby was checking the condition of the shoes, one of the staff who was holding his VIP card, keep on tapping the table using our VIP card. The sound of tapping was extremely a rude body language which portrays an impatient signal to us hinting my husband to hurry up check the shoes and make the payment. They even put the 2 pairs of shoes inside a huge bag which makes us difficult to carry! We find the 2 Filipino staffs was rude and not friendly towards us when we were chatting with them initially. The service experience was totally aloof. Meanwhile the other guy who just came out of the storeroom even greet me when I was walking past him. That make a difference.
