One of the best Oyster Omelette in Singapore. Texture of the fried egg, is a delicate balance of crisp and soft springy bite. Coupled with the blast of fresh oysters infused with the eggs. Watching the master, work his magic with Egg->Starch->Egg->Oysters, timed to perfection, was worth the wait. My picture does not do justice, you’ve got to try it. Orders start well before the store opens at 12.30pm.

The Oyster Omelette is good but the black carrot cake is below average and forgettable.

Honestly if I can give a 0 star. The only thing that keeps this stall opened is that there is no other Fried Oyster or Carrot Cake in the market. Failed attitude - if u go up, HE will always pretend that he doesnt see u, when its super obvious that u are standing IN FRONT of his stall. Quality - bad. oily. and doesnt worth the dime. Conclusion - unless u dying to have, else there is a 10 minutes walk Lorong 8 market where there are at least 2 stalls selling better and tastier.

Standard dropped after new owners took over. Found egg shells in both oyster omelette and carrot cake. Also found oyster shells in oyster omelette. Dishes are way too oily with little flavour now. Miss the previous owners.

Fancy having fried oyster omelette for breakfast? This is most probably the only shop that sells the dish for breakfast. This is one of the best fried oyster omelette in Singapore. Different from Lim’s, this is less starchy and is crispy. Surprisingly usually there is no long queues, highly recommended!!??

can never go wrong with this oyster omelette (the hao dan 蚝旦 version). i can eat this almost every day (i had it 4 times this week). always perfectly cooked, oysters are always fresh, complemented by the chili and well-balanced sauce. i just love it so much i can’t think of anything else to say. a true hawker gem.

Loved their fried oysters omelette. Ordered $8 portion for 2 pax. Min is $5, $8 and $10 portion a bit expensive. However the omelette is done well with slightly crispy edges and oyster is slightly cooked but not over cook unlike other stall that just throw the oyster on top after frying the omelette. The flavor is good with slight hint of chilli.

Tasty and delicious oyster omelette. Not too dry, slightly moist yet still cripy, so it is done just right. Good amount of oysters which were fresh, plump and juicy. Overall great. Highly recommended.
