A truly underrated gem at Amoy. I haven’t eaten from this stall for more than 2 years and was surprised to see it having no patrons despite snaking queues at other stalls . Thought the quality dropped but not at all! This stall serves one of the closest flavors to authentic Ipoh hor fun and they’re extremely generous with their servings . Yes , the price did go up from $3.5 to $4 but for that I still received a generous portion (8 PCs) of big , plump fried wanton. Do support them if you’re in the vicinity !

Fish dumpling is must try! Make sure to go earlier to avoid long queue during lunch time.

Very good ipoh hor, the main highlight is the fish dumplings…

Let’s cut to the chase. Most folks are here for the Fried Fish Dumpling which are super shiok. It helps that the horfun is also shiok. Add some chili sauce even more shiok. Any other items are a standard fare and if you really must have the wanton mee it’s decent too. Gonna tabao a bag of fried fish to snack on. Damn shiok.

Cheap and excellent food! Every time I eat here there is long queue (maybe is because other stalls all closed? Jk) I like the little sesame oil and vinegar taste in the hor fun and the fried dumplings!!

Probably the only thing I would eat there apart from the lor mee. Super long queue. Go early or go later. The fish dumplings are not to be missed. The hor fun is very silky. Don’t forget the Mayo for the fish dumpos.

Heard alot about this stall that is at capitaspring. This stall specialize in ipoh horfun. Reached the stall around 12.30pm and the queue was super long. They are right next to another popular lor mee stall. The area was pretty congested. Over here they have quite a variety of Ipoh horfun to choose from with prices ranging from $SGD4 onwards. The queue moved pretty fast, i waited for 20mins before it was my turn. Choosed item no.2 on the menu which is Ipoh horfun with shredded chicken and crabstick and their famous fish dumpling. The plate of horfun was SGD$5. Horfun was smooth but certain portion of it waz stuck together and a diffcuit time try to seperate it. Sauce wise, nice consistency and flavor. However, they can give a little more sauce and also to ensure the tempreature of the sauce was more warm. Overall, a decent meal. One of the few stalls at capitaspring with long queues.

Fish dumpling hor fun very yummy. For $4 worth a plate. Dumpling is big and thick that stuff with fish. Kway teow is soft and slippery that just slurp down your throat. Small amount of green vegetable that blends in the chewing experience. Awesome food.
