Though all the flights from Air China had been fully booked as expected, the staff of Air China was extremely nice and helpful. He/she kindly put me in the earliest waitlist available, and kept me updated timely once the earlier flight was available. The process and all the necessary documentation were very well prepared and easy to follow. Eventually I managed to fly to China via Chengdu, even 10 days earlier than my very first scheduled flight. The professionalism and the very committed service from Air China is deeply appreciated!
