โ โ โ โ โ Our 1st visit to AL Tyre to change our HRV tyre. Yau was the person serving us. We could not decide between 2 tyre model and he patiently explained & showed us the difference. Another guy, i did not get his name, was very welcoming & friendly too. Overall, pleasant experience & glad with their non-pushy service.

โ โ โ โ โ First time visiting it service. Straightforward and good. Feeling my car rear right tyre is weird and then see the tyre deflating, i know help is needed. Googled and went down. Parked and immediately was approached by a service staff. Shared my concerns and immediately they start checking and confirmed that there was a nail stuck in it. Told me it cost SGD6 to mend it. I agreed and they started immediately. Check all the tyres and help me pump air to all too. No attempt to sell any other products. Paid and left happily. Only 1 pic taken because everything happened too fast for me to react. Good, fast and Friendly experience! Recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ After seeing the reviews on Google, I decided to give AL Tyres a try as I wanted to replace my old and balding tyres. However, upon reaching AL Tyres at Woodlands, there wasn't any support provided and when I finally got hold of a staff, his attitude was rather rude, it felt as though he was trying to brush me off. Previously I have also submitted my enquiry via their site but there wasn't any reply as well. Would be great if their customer service can be improved.

โ โ โ โ โ Mechanics there were great and easy to deal with. Patient and able to answer all of our queries. Even gave suggestions as i was looking for performance and mainly aesthetics! Would recommend to everyone.

โ โ โ โ โ The staff were amazing when I wanted to get new rims. They were patient with my questions and provided recommendations on quality, performance and aesthetics of the rims and tyres so that I can make an informed decision.
Their track record speaks for itself. Price is arguably a little teeny bit pricey but youโre paying for a service that is fuss-free. I stay nearby so it was a no-brainer for me to head to them.
Just note that the traffic at MEGA@Woodlands is terrible during peak hours to enter/exit so you may need to plan your route to get to the merchants in the building.
