First came down to Ducati in June 2021 for a test ride. Served by Chong Wei whom from then remained in contact. Finally decided to get a bike in October 2021 which Chong Wei served as well. He’s explanation and calculations regarding the bike I wanted were clear and straightforward. As the bike I wanted had an unknown arrival date, Chong Wei promptly replied to my messages whenever I requested for an update. On collection day, he also helped me to understand the electronics better before I rode off. Not forgetting the tips on how to run in the bike in an alternate way. Chong Wei’s service is exceptional as he goes the extra mile and his knowledge is immense! Would recommend others who are keen to approach Chong Wei for his service! Others in the Ducati team were also welcoming as well! From the lady at cashier to the mech, they never fail to make eye contact and say hi! Overall awesome experience with Ducati Singapore ??

Knew Chong Wei from the Streetfighter group chat, I was riding the 848. From our group conversation, we could tell he was a trustworthy and knowledgeable individual. I sold my bike in May and was seeking for a replacement when I texted Chong Wei for additional information on the V2. He promptly replied and invited me down for a test ride, explain the bike and the price breakdown in detail, especially to my CFO ? who is the most important person to conclude the sale! Thereafter he was also prompt in his reply to any queries on bike / accessories / COE / VRN etc be it after office hours or weekends. Finally on collection day, he also patiently explained the electronics as seen in the photo, and I have no doubt if I have any doubts on the bike, he is always a call or a message away. Thank you, Chong Wei, for making my first purchase of a brand new bike such a nice and memorable experience. Chong Wei is the man to see if I ever decide to buy another Ducati.

I was attended by Andy. By far the best salesperson that I've ever met. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. He was so prompt in giving updates throughout the process of getting my bike. He cleared my doubts and answered my queries pertaining to the Hypermotard. He is friendly too. It's like talking to a familiar person that you have known for ages. Kudos to Andy.
