I wish to complain your customer service executive, Ms Hazel who give a poor customer service. Firstly, I am not too sure if the website shows 2X24canX500ml, that total up in 48 cans of 500ml drinks, become only 24 cans when I receive the actual package. I having confusion on the amount that’s why we send in email for enquiries. However, the explanation we get sounds ridiculous as what Ms Hazel mentioned during conversation: Why is the amount that we received is different from what stated in invoice? She mentioned that the website was recently set up, so the amount showed was wrong. This answer put us into a deeper confusion. What should we do if the number of cans is different? She mentioned that if we are not satisfied with the explanation, we are able to return 1 box of 12 cans, and she will proceed with the refund of $11Nett. (Because 1 box original price is $85, she explained.) We reject the deal as this is too ridiculous and totally out of what we expected She suggests us to return the full amount of cans that we received, and she will give a full refund of the order. (What’s the point if I want the money back, if so I wouldn’t even try to make an order with your company at the first point!!!!!) Btw, she mentioned that there is no way that 1 can of 500ml can be sold in $96 for 48 cans. (This is too hilarious, am I seems like someone that knows how much 1 can have to be sold, if I were the one why I should buy from you??!!) Currently, the only way that she offer for us is to return 1 box of 12 cans and refund half of the price She said this IS THE ONLY WAY SHE CAN DO. To be honest, who would feel better if she offer such a poor customer service. Thanks to her, I will need to leave this review to remind anyone that try to purchase from this company, DO NOT TRY AS THEY TREAT CUSTOMER VERY BADLY!!

Ordered twice via foodpanda ,, accepted order ,, payment make , wait for close to an hour,, cancelled my order!! Rider called me and say he ride all the way down to the shop and the staff just cancel the order !!! Ridiculous!!! Buy at your own risk !! Having trouble getting my refund now !!!!

Bought the 750ml Chivas 12 for $54. They have a good selection of liquor and wine to choose from. A good place to buy if you need liquor urgently and living around the neighbourhood. Located at Seletar Mall level 1.
