The staffs were efficient and friendly, Dr Chloe was very gentle when doing the scaling and polishing. She communicated well to ensure you were aware of what she's doing and took her time to make sure every tooth was cleaned and polished well. This is also the first time my gum didn't bleed as I have a very sensitive gum. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a place to do your next dental check up.

She explained well & very detailed throughout the process. Honestly, she eradicted my fear to visit dentist ?? The receptionists are also friendly and kind. Everything was professionally done. Royce Dental is highly recommended!
S	Serene C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15/1/22: This is by far the most thorough, meticulous and patient doctor I went for scaling and polishing. Dr Chloe was very patient to explain every step she is about to do. Comfortable and cosy experience. However, I was disappointed to notice that the dental assistant was dozing off in the morning (appt at 11am), she closed her eyes a few times for a few seconds. There’s one time which the suction she was holding onto went to hit my chin area. It wasn’t a hard hit though. I did feedback to Dr Chloe right after as I felt unsafe and my husband was the next to go in. I really hope this is just a once off incident. We did book for the next appointment as we really appreciate the service experience from Dr Chloe!

The receptionist (Serene) asked what is my issue, I told her it's a toothache and she said she'll call the other customers to see if they are confirming their appointment. I really appreciate the effort and I know that Serene is going the extra miles to help me. Very professional. Thank you Serene ?? As for the doctor, she's Dr Chloe Sim and she did a good job to check and explain to me the situation. I can see that they are rrying hard to explain the cost and I think it is fair to say that she has made it very clear (she's a doctor, not sales person). Coming to the teeth extraction, she is gentle and minimum discomfort for me. I'm a person who dislike going dentist but this experience is ?. I will like to thank Dr Chloe, Serene and the nurse who helped me with the xray (sorry didn't ask for your name)! Very professional and good work done. ? ?
