The dentist switch between patients frequently during procedure. I was so worried about getting covid. That was in hougang branch.

This is bad company, the staff tell not correct information and no body clarify even the manager. in the end, customer lost money. please be carefull.

I am forced to give 1 star as they does not deserve it.I was in pain and have made an appointment. Upon reaching the clinic, there was 2 patient in the small clinic. So I decided to wait outside the glass door to stay safety distance. After 5mins, I step into the clinic when a patient went into the consuting room. What I heard was the nurse was talking personal housing matters for her with the guy patient. Is the the correct way by letting the patient waited for so long?????????

Really cannot make it. Only do half fXxx job and ask you to book another appointment. Want to earn extra claim from AIA is it?? Hello!! I not first time going dental ok?? I will report to AIA regarding this issue. BLACK SHOP!!!!!!

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the dentist(Dr Amin) whom done for my son, he was patiently explained the treatment procedure and make sure my son has no fear with the treatment. You gave me the confidence of bringing my children to see a dentist. Highly recommend visiting this dental clinic if your children it's a fear seeing a dentist.

Exorbitant dental pricing which dr John Sun who is also former Dr Wilson Sng wee Hock. Expensive treatments with rich dentist driving luxury car.

Comfortable dentist with a very professional clinic team. Counter was polite n informative. Dr Sng was professionaln a very comforting man

Terrible experience. 1. Booked an appointment for Mon 4pm for my 8yo girl for extraction . Reached and told that there is no dentist available. Staff said they called us ONCE on sat and we missed the call. NO follow up after the one call and here we are appearing at the clinic with no dentist. I questioned why is there no follow up call to inform me on sun and Monday then? Staff silent. Obviously a lapse on their side. 2. Upon reached, just inform us that there is no dentist . Asked us what we are here for, we said it’s for extraction. Her reaction is ,”o, extraction can wait.” Clearly no respect for our time as we are working parents who took time off for this appointment. They told me to come back again tomorrow as a matter of fact & no sense of regrets for their mistake made. 3. Obviously very disturbed and upset, I insisted on an appointment today. After all the drama saying that they have no dentist today, miraculously a dentist appear :/ 4. This is the 4th time we visited a dentist, never did my hubby experience such a rough & insensitive handling of an extraction for a 8yo. My daughter was obviously scared but dentist was so task focused, showed her all the sharp scary tools (unlike the previous experience where reassurance is given & avoid showing her the sharps, the piler etc?) as you have guessed, she resisted and got scared. A very bad experience. To recommend, definitely no.the savings grace is that the nurse is very assuring and without her, the whole procedure will be. a bloody mess . Appreciate the nurse assisting :)
