★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a filling on my tooth and the receptionist was gracious enough to accept me on such a short notice. Moreover, what impressed me was Dr. Ma took her time to capture my tooth's photo and explain my condition to me properly. She was very patient, did not rush through treatment and even taught me how to floss my teeth to prevent decay again!
So I booked another cleaning appointment for my daughter and I. She applied numbing cream so it wouldn't hurt and even accommodated to cleaning her teeth standing up so she could watch TV! Extremely good service, keep it up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alda Bedok dental office is my favourite dental office that I have ever visited. I used to fear dental appointment, but the friendly staff, the cosy environment, the affordable price have made my dental appointment a lot less terrifying. Dr. Ma did a thorough check on my teeth and gave me advises on how to take better care of my teeth. She is also very gentle in dealing with my sensitive teeth and I am very satisfied with my experience. Overall, I would highly recommend her service to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this dental clinic twice to get my helper‘s teeth fixed. Dr Tiang, her clinic assistant and the receptionist were all very friendly, professional and really patient and kind. Dr Tiang explained everything both to my helper and myself, and made sure she was not in any pain, and instructed her how to care for the wound (after extraction, and followed up by phone the next day) and also taught her how to floss. Nothing was rushed and the treatment was very thorough and calm. Highly recommended. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Ma is the best dentist I have ever been to - my boyfriend was incredibly impressed as well. She is very skilled and did not cause any pain or discomfort while she was cleaning my teeth. She is also very knowledgeable, gives honest feedback and dental advice and is not profit driven. She puts the needs and health of her patients first. I used to hate visiting the dentist - I no longer have a fear of dental treatment and I look forward to my visits with her! Thank you, Dr Ma!

their team is caring and pay attention to details,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my wisdom tooth extraction last week and the surgery went smoothly. Dr Tracy and her assistants were very professional through out the whole procedure. They make sure that I remember the dos and don’ts after the surgery and had a few follow up calls/messages to check my well being.
Also, I visit the clinic’s oral hygienist, Amanda, for my bi-annual scaling and polishing. She is also very professional and detailed with the cleaning. The whole experience was a very pleasant one.
I highly recommend those who wishes to do scaling, polishing or tooth extraction to visit Alda Dental Surgery @ Bedok.

Alda Dental has provided me with the most excellent dental service. Dr Tracy and Judy's professionalism has kept me coming back for my regular scaling and polishing.
Dr Tracy understands that most patients are terrified of visiting the dentist and she is constantly speaking to you and comforting you as she does a work with your oral care. She tries her best to ensure that you have a pleasant and painless experience.
Judy is a very kind and responsible receptionist and she always welcome you with the biggest smile. She will follow up with you and remind you when your next appointment is approaching.
I will definitely recommend others to visit.

The dentist Dr Tracy and her assistant Bixin were so gentle, friendly, calm and professional. They helped to allay my fears and the procedure was quick and smooth. I felt relaxed despite my anxiety.
