Not sure bout yall but had my wisdom teeth removed everything went smoothly

Business hours shown on the entrance is till 7pm. Not the first time that I got mistreated during the registration. Was told off to come earlier during a previous visit. Quite frankly I would but the visit was an impromptu one considering the sudden pain I had on one of broken molar tooth. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow up. Today, I arrived at 5.30pm and stood at the registration counter for a good 10mins, watched the old lady who usually mans the counter and another Malay lady shuffling a files and go about their business before they attended to me. Took my IC and told me to take a seat. Barely 20 secs later, the old woman told me to come back tomorrow as they're too busy today. With no choice, I took my IC and said I'll go to another clinic and left. It was probably my 3rd to 4th visit to this dental clinic. Each time I visited, it feels like we register and pay money to get scolded first before being attended to by the dentist. Well done, not going back again.

I did filling and tooth extraction. The dentist Mr Tai ( the younger one ) is very funny and made the whole dentist experience fun. He is humorous and professional at the same time. The receptionist Auntie is abit direct at first but she is actually very nice after knowing her ( a few sessions ). I stay at Sengkang and find this dentist because my friend intro me. Now i know why my friend willing to travel all the way to visit Mr Tai. Haha. Awesome dentist.

Been visiting Tai Dental for past 10+ years. Mdm Wong has been very patient and professional during the consultations. They have undergone digitalisation for their booking system which is a step up and helps me manage my time better when visiting.

First visit to Tai Dental was pleasant. The dentist was thorough in my scaling and polishing and explained to me what he was doing. Had to wait awhile as clinic was busy but overall still a good experience!

The doctor was meticulous in scaling and polishing and explained to me everything in detail. Pleasant experience and I highly recommend . Didn't do any unnecessary procedure and very reasonable charges. The staff is also very good and courteous. Thank you
