★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a bag at Aldo store in Victoria Street, Singapore, on April 30, 2019, I bought a bag cleaning product, I paid and left. However, she just packed the bag, she forgot to pack the bag cleaning product for me.
Are the staff at such a large and branded store, perhaps forgetting such an important thing? The value of the item I lost was not great, but I was disappointed in the quality of the service.
