★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the bugis outlet today. The lady manager whose name is Mina, is extremely attentive, patience and helpful. Shes willing to go extra miles for the customer and i really appreciate it. I was sitting down with my previously bought charles and keith heel and was trying to buy some flat, she saw my injured foot and offered to help me expand my heel and also polish it with wax. She is very professional and friendly at the same time and it made me feel really touch. Great services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was soooo busy due to hari raya around the corner and Nicole was such a gem. They didn’t carry my size and she helped me contact other outlets for the shoe that I want and reserved it. I had a change of size suddenly and without hesitation, she went to contact the outlet for a change and even tried to find one nearer to my home. She was patient, sweet and truly one of the best service I’ve ever received from C&K
