★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an extremely bad encounter with a saleswoman named janaki, extremely rude, sulky and unwilling to serve. Mask was also down on multiple occasion when inside the store. Hopefully they look into hiring more welcoming staff to serve customers in the front desk instead.
The only saving grace was the manager - a kind young man who handled the situation well and was apologetic. Giving 2 stars just cause the manager was professional.
