He was patient and very accommodating; taking his time to explain the history of various independent watch maker such as Parmigiani Fleurier, H Moser and also Chopard. He has been dealing with watches especially vintage collectibles for a long time and keen to share his knowledge and experience with me. JY takes his time to understand my current collection, what I really want and whether it suits me or otherwise. Not those pushy sales person who just want to make a quick deal. Eventually I bought a Zenith Chronomaster Sport and I am very glad to have met JY. Not my first piece at Cortina Paragon but my first with JY and look forward to owning more timepieces of my choice thru him.

We had a chat about watches and I told JY that I was looking for a Tudor Black Bay 32 for my partner. He went out of his way to make it happen even though even though the watch was out of stock. When you shop for luxury timepieces, the experience includes buying the watch, but more importantly, buying the service of your salesperson. JY you will have my continuous support. 9 May 2022 Was invited by JY to attend the Breitling Navitimer 70th Anniversary event. Ended up ordering a new watch! Thanks for the invite, JY.

He walked me through the Cortina 50th anniversary exhibition collaborating with Chopard. At the end of the over 2 hours I spent there, I purchased a Happy Diamond Chopard. It's a beautiful watch which I'm so pleased with. Thanks to the excellent and patient service of Noel (I had some card issues which I had to resolve and he was very discrete in allowing the space for me to sort it out). Please do look out for him in case you want to browse their collection.

I love the shop front which attracted me into the store, and I also love the new layout of the whole boutique with various brand. Most importantly, the service experience at Cortina is very different from what I had experience years ago. Good job. Staff are very polite and professional, most importantly they are being very helpful without being judgemental. One last thing that I would like to compliment is the variety of exhibition pieces, even those which are more unique. Thumbs up!

The event is very well organized with presentation done by Tudor SEA GM, follow by watches appreciation and end with nice snacks and drinks where we can mingle with fellow watch collectors , Tudor & Cortina team. At the end of event, welcome gifts were presented to me and i am really well surprise. Thank you Cortina & Tudor for this nice hospitality :)
