The strap for the watch was a little too short for me and Jackie helped me look at other straps options they have for this watch. Though they do not have the right size for me at the shop, Jackie offered to help me get it and will pass it to me when they receive it from the supplier. Great experience today & will definitely be back for more for my future needs.
