★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our Breville machine’s steam wand wasn’t working so we came down after making an appointment online. We were attended to by Freeman. He diagnosed and fix our steam wand in minutes, and because it was a quick fix, he said it wasn’t necessary to charge us the full servicing amount. In addition, he gave us a really detailed live demo crash course on how to better use our machine to optimize our coffee extraction, brewed a fresh cup of coffee for us on the spot, and even did an extensive clean of our burr grinder for us. Freeman is knowledgeable, personable and does not hard sell their products. 100% recommend looking for him if you’re interested in purchasing one of their coffee machines (they have a nice cosy showroom) or if you need an expert to help service/repair your machine. 10 thumbs up for the service provided. Thanks again, we learnt so much and had such a great time chatting with Freeman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here for a service repair of my espresso machine and was so impressed by the amazing showroom and the hospitality (thanks for the delicious coffee). Freeman instantly knew what was causing the issue and helped fix it on the spot, and offered good tips as well. Brewratio is now my go-to place for any equipment and accessory and I will recommend anyone who is thinking of getting a machine to visit as well! Hopefully they will conduct classes soon. Highly recommended!
