★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Poh is friendly, good and experiences , but I feel the admin staff doesn't do good job.
We already talk to do surgery, endoscopy and colonoscopy as well as to check some area with MRI and CT scan on the paper.
They gave me the estimation bill is far away from Hospital invoice. Estimation bill was $26K-$33K. But the real hospital bill was $44K.
This $44K just for remove Gallbladder , endoscopy, colonoscopy , (without complications), Heart Ultrasound, Heart CT scan, and digestion area MRI.
Also there is additional cardiology doctor charge for $2K which is way too high too. He was not in the operation room only help to read all results and did some exemine only.
In fact I already asked the estimate brrakdown and its all seems alright and correct. But when I complained, the admin staff like pretend to be fool with lots of excuses.

Dr Poh is also genuine and provides sincere diagnosis and you just feel safe with him. :)

Dr Poh is an expert in his field and I had a successful day-surgery and excellent recovery under his observation and guidance.
The staff was very helpful - they sorted out and advised on all documentation and helped liaise with the hospital and other insurance matters.
