Under his care, the issue that I had for more than a year was able to be treated before the Christmas holidays. His staff is also very friendly and always made me feel welcome whenever I visit the clinic. I definitely recommend The Surgeons if you have any colorectal related issues!

I was experiencing quite a bit of discomfort then and his assistants made sure I got the earliest possible appointment to see him. Dr Chew has great bedside manner and personality and I felt assured and comforted throughout the consultation and the subsequent endoscopy that was arranged for me. His advice to me was tailored to my work and it definitely helped that we connected over the fact that we are both running enthusiasts. He clearly is a great boss to his staff as well, as evidenced by the fact his staff use stickers of him to reply during Whatsapp correspondence! Special shoutout to Renee and Michelle who played a big part in my great experience with the practice. When looking for a doctor, you'd want an ethical practice with good patient oriented service, and a doctor with great bedside manner and clinical skills. I'm glad I came to this clinic.

The team explained the diagnosis and procedure clearly and patiently. The recovery phase was supported by calls to ensure that you are doing fine and they also provided medical advice along the way for post operative issues. Would recommend anyone who wanted to seek an opinion/advice!
