Old room, poor design of in room electric plugs location, poor house keeping quality. Breakfast is bad - serve old pastry everyday - under staff - not much selection

I'm booked for 1 day stay, however the experience so much bad if you compare with other 4 star hotel. The room seems OK to me but cleanness of the room still need to care. Room so smelly, dusty..until I request to change to other room. The room key also need to re update again. Overall my night? happy.

So, this place simply doesn’t meet expectations. Staff trying their best but clearly no investment and no care for the user experience. It needs a good clean and run round by a maintenance team. Room was desperately in need of care and maintenance. No pool towels and no staff to speak of - had to go wet down to reception and after 30m still no towels. To make it worse next day we were told no towels at all in the hotel - so were left, family of 4, with no towels and no apology. The staff were nice but clearly understaffed, so not on them - very much a management and operations issue. Please manage expectations to a 2 star. Always interested when you are not asked about your stay on check out - don’t ask, you don’t have to deal with it Poor. Will not return

All good. Room is cozy too. However, cleaning of the room is not very thorough. Seen droplets of jam-like on the floor hardened and not cleaned properly. Bin in the toilet was not completely emptied with used cotton buds.

Arrived at the hotel late, thought room was already available but was told none of the rooms were available. Everyone who was supposed to check-in were just waiting and idling around. No snacks provided, nothing. No prior calls to inform anyone about the delay either. Extremely disappointing to receive this level of service. I expected better from them. Better hotels all around. Won't be back ............. It has been nearly 3hrs. No response from team. ??

Great location , but check in process was tedious and slow. Took more than 20 mins. I was first told to go to 3rd floor to sign the papers, was then asked to head to level 1 to retrieve the key. I basically queued 2 times before checking in. Despite being on club level room, there isn't a express check in or dedicated check in for club level access. Not worth the money or value. Staff don't seem well equipped to cater to a full capacity hotel. The only plus side is the location is centrally located. Right next to it is 100am mall. The rooms were mediocre for the price point. Doesn't look well lid, feels dark . Furniture feels old. What shocked me was how the tables were not cleaned. There were brown stains on the study desk. Desk lamp didn't work as well. Similarly for the safe. Wouldn't consider coming back as the experience wasn't that great yet charging at a high price.

I don’t think my experience is any unique from the rest of the people who recently reviewed this place. This review comes from an in-house guest living here for a week and plans to stay for a week more. So far, all my attempts to improve my experience of living here have gone to waste and frankly I have given up. Luckily, I had arrived quite early and did not face a long queue at check-in generally that I see everyday. The rooms are quite old and not well lit. Good view through my windows, so, happy for that. Had to complain multiple times (tried all the tricks in the book) to get a clean room. It did work out finally for me but for my other colleagues the situation remains. One can never get through to the reception in the first time. I thought I was calling at odd times but the reviews clearly say that I am not the only one. You gave all the instructions you like but nothing would change. Select the place for it’s location but for the price, would definitely not recommend.

The hotel reception was great. Polite and helpful staffs trying their very best to serve the guests. The hotel room is spacious, neat and tidy. However, the facilities such as the toilet bowl and cupboards were a little run down. The television was not well kept either. Tried to call for room services several time but the phone was engaged. The staff might had terminated the call before picking it up. Reasonable price for a 4 stars hotel. But I expect a much better and well furnished facilities.
