★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing dining experience in Amazing Hokkaido?? Few Japanese friends recommended me this place and I have always wanted to try it out, this time finally I made it! As we were just two of us, we didn’t get to try many dishes, we ordered their highlights such as salmon roe on rice and yakitori platters. Both dishes were delicious, but especially full of salmon roe on rice was to die for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars bc service by the lady* was amazing, *for the record the two guys were really blur. Asked for rice it took 5 mins to come.
The main problem with this place is that at this price, food in Singapore generally tastes better. The $120 bill tasted like it should’ve cost $80 (cos quality ingredients).
Yakitori Omakase was 5X mediocre tsukune, 5X really hard yakitori which I had to yank off with my teeth. THe more tsukune I ate the more bored I grew.
Aburi Salmon roll: If you want to charge $30 before GST for it , your sushi chef should aburi it, not your blur waiter. I expected a better sauce.
Potato salad cake… okay but not worth the novelty pricing. Ramen , appetisers, warm water were… okay.
Won’t be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad. But no “wow”. Not so “amazing”. Mini don wasn’t bad. Miso ramen was ok. Skewers we’re soso. But didn’t have a chance to check out their seafood to be fair though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Any soul who miss JAPAN. Shld really come here. Such vibe and style had the izakaya (a kind of traditional Japanese pub) feel.
The raw stuffs were sooo freshly aburi sushi was just straights in my face.
Each time when a table order the Overflowing Salmon Roe all others tables will cheers for more and the staff will hit the drum too. Love such vibes

Food is slightly pricey for its quality. The ikura rice bowl is nice, but the rice is plain Japanese rice. Would have been better if the rice was seasoned, or added with a tad more vinegar.
Ambience for indoor seating is on point. Lots of Japanese decor which makes me felt like I was in Japan.
My general opinion; nice place to try the ikura rice bowl but I wouldn't return in the near future. Maybe return once in a while when I have craving for the ikura rice bowl ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The salad was fresh and good. The sushi is normal though they made it interesting to “burn” it at your table. The chicken yakitori is a great disappointment, it was so soft till it was like rotten. But the pork skewer is a must try. Overall too pricy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our dinner very much here. Played the highball dice game and ended with a 1 liter high ball!! The salmon roll sushi and yakitori omakase are so good. Highly recommended and will certainly be back again !
