โ โ โ โ โ Was looking to purchase a NAS system for a small company, and unfortunately three other people decided to do the same before me and only one person to serve, so got held up a bit. However, despite that fact the service was very friendly and informative (and patient! I can be very fickle and thick-headed sometimes). Helped me narrow down to the unit that best suited, assisted in installing the OS on the unit, and then even threw in some extra ethernet cables for the wait.
You could definitely find cheaper places, but for the convenience of having everything in one place and informative and friendly service, it's probably worth it.

Listed bundles during Lazada birthday sale that they've no intention of honouring, then lying and pretending that there are shipment delay issues with the Synology NAS.
Meanwhile, they removed the original listing while still leaving up other more profitable listings containing the same NAS showing as being available.
Obviously if the NAS truly wasn't available, they'd have updated the availability on the other listings as being out of stock. Instead, they only removed the bundle that's not available.
