β β β β β Han came to install the lock, he did a very good job to install my door lock. He even teaches me how to use the lock and program my finger prints. He even clean up the place before he leaves.

β β β β β The section selling lock is actually located at level 3 (have to take a lift up). The sales staff is friendly and explain product well BUT DON'T BUY AT SHOP DIRECT. The same item if buy through Shopee with free delivery is just $211 whereas I went down directly to shop and was charged $249 (cash and carry some more). I ended up paying a total $279 in order to get it installed ($30 for installation). Still when I chose the rose/gold colour instead of silver, still say actually have to pay extra but she waived off. When I told them about it over chat in Shopee, all I get was sorry about it. Didn't even offer freebie to offset the $37 more I paid for. How to intro people to this type of shop.

He also helped to expedite the installation date to accommodate my busy schedule. In addition to all these, he was able to give me a very very good price for the digital lock (check with them for discount!!). Highly recommended if you are looking for good service, good product at very good price!

Installation of the lock by Steven. He was punctual and did a good job with the installation. He also cleaned up the area after he was done.
