Call to ask about wooden doors in the website, lady said the website photo is back dated and expensive, insisted me to WhatApps her so as to send me the latest Aluminum door video. I wanted a wooden door and she is pushing a Aluminum door thinking I am up to class to buy one! When I call her again to say I am not interested in the ugly looking aluminum door that will not match my master bedroom and still want a quote of the wooden ones her response was totally negative and cant even wait for me the measure my existing door. Singapore still have plenty of company selling doors, so do not waste your effort with this sub sub standard service.

She was also willing to advise me on the type of glass. Though I initially opted for normal glass, she was very helpful and willing to include tempered glass doors with no extra cost. The sliding door are of High Quality and it is Customizable to suit our taste and style. All the workers (Installation, Sales, etc.) are Dedicated, Polite and Professional. I got my beautiful door done in less than three weeks from inquiry to completion. Very pleased and very impressed by their level of service and dedication to customer's needs. v	value 4 money on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service from Vivian at main office Marsiling with attention to every small detail. Reasonable price and good quality for the 3 doors I ordered(2 equal leaf main doors and 1 glass-panel bathroom door). Laminated solid and semi-solid. The 3-man installation team removed my old doors and aligned the new doors well. They did all the woodwork, chiseling, cutting, lock installation and touch-ups with care. Gave them a $50 tip for coffee after their good work. No problem calling Li Door for any new jobs.

The customer services and coordination efforts by Vivan was amazing and I really appreciate it. Not only was she friendly and patient, she had also dispensed good advice and information on the type of doors suitable for the main entrance. The quality of the door was good and well measured. Also, the installer Jackie was courteous, skilled and meticulous with the installation.

She gave good suggestions on how to best occupy the space at a reasonable price which we really appreciated :) My mother and sister were very happy with the final product and the sliding door suggested. The person who came to install the wall also clarified and making sure he got the dimensions right before building it. Appreciate the warm and friendly service from everyone at Li Door!?
