They asked all the right questions to determine the most appropriate candidate for selection. After appointment care was provided by Anglo Nurses to help the caregiver adjust to the new home environment. Excellent support. On to my 2nd renewal already. Thank you Anglo Nurses!

Vincent from Anglo Nurses is ever so helpful and prompt in responding to all my queries and issues. The Indonesian caregiver caring for my Dad who has Alzheimer's is diligent, dependable and honest. It definitely helps that she is an ex-nurse and speaks and understands Chinese! Gonna renew contract! ?

Vincent has also gone extra mile to help us to secure the Maid insurance at a good price just when the insurer starting to adjust the premium rate of a certain age band. Billed items are clear cut, no hidden cost. Pleasant experience.

Luckily I came across this agency and Vincent, the owner, was extremely helpful and professional. On his advice, we were matched with someone who was already in Singapore and she has been absolutely wonderful. You might be paying a bit more, but it's well worth the higher level of quality and skills.

Caregiver was confirmed a week later because we are eager to arrange my MIL home asap. She joins us only around w/c 22-Nov-21 because it has been very challenging to arrange her entry to Singapore in times of COVID. Those confusing rules, changes at short notice which are beyond anyone of us including Vincent. I truly appreciate Vincent's calm approach, patience and not shying away from having difficult conversations with us.
