★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alan has been teaching me pilates for over 8 months and it’s been frankly life changing. From the beginning, I saw noticeable improvements in my walking and sitting posture. He’s taught me some useful stretches to do at home which specifically solved my lower back pain problems very quickly.
In class, he knows when to push me to my physical and mental limits, and when to help me loosen and unwind. Pilates is a very enjoyable sport for me because it helps to isolate my weakest points and make them stronger, as well as improving my core strength and balance. This has had positive spillover impact into my performance in other sports and general well-being. Thank you Alan for your patience and guidance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pilates Works Plus was recommended to me by my relative due to my back pain. I started group Reformer classes and then one-on-one private sessions, both under Alan Lee. Alan is empathic, understanding, encouraging. He prepares a different program for every class so each class is never boring. After 10 sessions, I feel stronger and better total well being. Looking forward to the next class!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumble upon this place by chance through classpass. Attended Alan’s class and like the way he delivered. He can communicate and coach well, explaining where we should be feeling the work in most routines and correcting our postures. Pressure on my knees were significantly lighter (almost have to look for the sensation) after attending his mixed level reformer class! Definitely will come back for more ??
