They sell u high price beef n give u trims of low grade meat, n dont even reply to any of your feedback. You will nedd to spit out the chewy beef, cannot even swallow it. Worst experience. The meat that they claim at their site is definitely not the meat that is delivered and I know meats. Never had such bad source before. If u want to be entertained, try their 'aged Angus ribeye'.. It can be hilariously entertaining. How bad it is, is hard to beat. Their miyazaki wagyu A5 definitely isn't what it claims to be. Bottom line, meats are rotting - putrifying. Foul smelling, meats are definitely not what they claim to be. Basically, simply a bad source of supply.

Delivery was prompt n as promised and the meat was still chilled when it arrived. Good marbling n it was at the end a scrumptious yakiniku meal for 2! BURPPP ?

The prices in the sale was really competitive and the quality of the meat was excellent as well. My sister and I seasoned the meat with black pepper, salt , grilled it and had it with some wasabi shoyu zuke. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

I have been to Japan numerous times and have eaten cheap cuts and none were every this bad. Sent an email to Anzu with my complaint, and received a response with apologies and feedback to their management. No further customer recovery response. I have since binned the 2nd pack as it isn’t edible. ANY non-frozen beef from Foodie Market Place is better. Was a regular customer as they have met / exceeded expectations. However, they have now lost a long term customer. 2 stars for previously meeting expectations.
