(Not the usual template but information that I would ask for or I did not know I should ask) The video interview was sincere and genuine. I was also given helper’s contact for direct interview at my convenience.
The useful helper’s profile and video interview by Lawrence provided a good insight on the helpers. Hence, i was able to shortlist a helper very quickly. I then contacted the helper for video interview at night and met her in person the next morning. Within less than 24 hours, I found my helper. I was not in urgent need at all for a helper but my search process was greatly expedited by this agency. Lawrence is also reasonable. I will Highly recommend this agency.

Been to plenty of agencies but I am happy I found them! Keep up the amazing compassionate way u deal with customers.
