Drinking their Spanish latte and dark latte over at the seats in Jewel is a relatively relaxing experience. Even though the decor is classy and chic, the surroundings can be a bit noisy. The coffee is good and legit. Taste profile is the nutty, caramel and chocolatey flavor that matches well with milk. Staff are friendly and competent. So service is good. Overall a good coffee experience over at the branch.

Came in with no expectations, needing a place to sit for coffee while checking mails. Found the perfect spot. Ordered a latte and it was decent. It was not cheap, pricier than most coffee places. The spanish latte was supposedly sweeter and the dark coffee had mocha. Service was good and the presentation of the latte was good as well. Can consider if you need a place to sit. Not worth queueing up for.

Completely understand the low overall rating. Overrated and overpriced. There are many better cafes that serve lattes at a better price. Service in Jewel needs improvement. Seating capacity needs to increase. When we visited, there were some customers just playing mobile game despite their drinks being finished for some time already. Seat at the corner were also sealed off. So in the end we had to walk outside to consume our drink.

Cafe has a nice open concept. Good to have a cuppa after a long walk around the mall. Good quality and consistent coffee.

I’ve often been forewarned that arabica is “overpriced” and “overrated”. Having tried it at last, I agree with the “overpriced” comment but will neither agree nor disagree with it being “overrated”. I visited the Jewel outlet and queued (as expected), ordered an iced matcha latte and received it very quickly - it was the easiest drink to prepare after all. The drink was robust in flavour with a very prominent bitter aftertaste from the tea powder. For me, sugar syrup had to be added to make the drink more palatable. I wouldn’t say I enjoyed it, but I didn’t detest it either. But what is certain is that I won’t be buying again. It certainly is not a bad product but it definitely isn’t worth $9.

I always drop by this shop to have a nice cuppa to relax after shopping ard the mall. Somehow the concept of the shop is very inviting for me. You can sit along the bench tables at either side and see shoppers happily walking by. It’s also open concept so it feels way more spacious than it is. Coffee wise, it’s good enough for me. I stick with my favourite Americano while my partner loves the lattes. So far I’ve never found the coffee to be sour (which occurs in some other cafes I’ve been to). It’s a nice balanced profile that goes with a chocolate croissant.

Consistent coffee quality across outlets I have been. Still my go-to whenever I need a cuppa. Love the Single Origin blend?

Original guilt free matcha latte flavor. A balance of bitterness and milkiness without being overly filling. Those who prefer less sweet would love it. Great place to sit down for a quick chill as well, but the seat height to table height ratio is a bit off.
