Starbucks

I wasn't allowed to use the starbucks card at the Changi Airport outlet.

The best way to ruin your last day in this wonderful country - When ordering my beverage, I politely asked the clerk "could you please tell me how you make the Chai-tea latte?" There was no one behind me and I wanted to know what I am getting. His reply "well all latte comes with milk, if you want latte I'll give you with milk, if you want tea, I'll give you tea". The way he said it was very intimidating. I told him, "I didn't mean to insult you or anything, but the Chai-tea of Starbucks is different from country to country. For instance, in Thailand I got a chai tea bag in a cup with some milk poured on top". He told me with a smirk, "All star bucks is the same, the tea bag comes with all the spices and latte is milk. What else is there". I tried to be calm and told him, no in some countries they make it with the chai tea infusion that is house brewed and add honey and ginger with your choice of milk". I asked him a Cafe latte and he asked me "where did you have your best chai tea." I thought he was trying to reduce the tension and smiled and replied "In new York state as I've spent most of my time there". He replied, "then why don't you have it there". I was too shocked at the rudeness. He kept staring until I finished my coffee and left the place. What's wrong with this person, can't a customer ask a question about the order these days?

Very bad service for cashier staff, I just said normal size for my order , he came the black face to me and asking we have small,medium,large size ,don’t know normal size is which one.Is it like that attitude is correct?

The coffee barista was more focussed on his phone even though there were orders coming through, we usually order a caramel macchiato at other Starbucks but this particular one made in this branch tasted different with clumps of caramel floating. He didn’t even call out the orders that were ready having the patrons asking and then realising their order was just there with food items just going cold. The bin was overflowing with garbage. Maybe start hiring people with a better attitude and work ethic? This is prolly the first Starbucks that travellers flying to singapore are going to encounter. With such mediocre service , I would be leaving the airport with an actual bitter taste in my mouth,no thanks to the coffee.

One of the more vibrant Starbucks! A staff was at the entrance to ensure safe entry. And the staffs were prompt to greet me. And for the staff attending to me, she was patient and pro-active to recommend me And another staff went the extra miles to get me a seat. Good customer experience!!! The decorations were great and the whole place was clean and bright. Strongly recommended! Do expect to queue, if you want to have a cosy table on level 2.

My favourite coffee place.. I don't know when they started to accept local Starbucks card (where points are accumulated for free drinks) when previously you must use credit card

A very busy outlet. We came by for coffee while seeing off a relative but could not get room here. Then came back again after dinner and found a table to enjoy a cup of brewed coffee!

For a Coffee Chain like Starbucks; this is the worst Americano that one would expect from Starbucks ! This Americano taste like water, it is so dilute that even water taste better! Ripped Off Coffee!
