Staff are insanely lethargic in work and oblivious to queues stacking behind. More staff needs to be employed to expedite turnover rate

Stops serving food and most drinks (including tea and coffee) well before closing time - at 9.30pm. Queued 10 mins only to be told this at the counter. Terrible service

Staffs attending very slowly inspite of busy schedule in an airport and food(butter toast) and drinks(kopi c kosong) served were not hot even after given feedback.

Tea tasted good. Butter sugar toast was too crispy. Can visit for quick refreshens in terminal 2, Changi airport at the departure deck. As the place is small, queue can be really long.

Was transiting at Changi airport T1 and noticed a lot of people wearing lanyards and in uniform queuing up to buy lunch at a place. Figured that must mean the food is tastey and good value. When I saw the name of the place was heavenly Wang I thought that was too funny to pass up. For around $14 sing I got 2 bowls of roast chicken with noodles. A milk tea, 2 eggs, sugar butter toast and a bottle of water. The roast chicken was really tender and tasted amazing. The noodles had a really nice herbal background flavour and were garnished with plenty of spring onion. The sugar butter toast was kind of like kaya toast, it tasted great and my son loved it. The eggs made the whole thing more filling and the milk tea hit the spot to wash it all down. I'd give it a go if you want something to eat in T1.
