★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was transiting at Changi airport T1 and noticed a lot of people wearing lanyards and in uniform queuing up to buy lunch at a place. Figured that must mean the food is tastey and good value. When I saw the name of the place was heavenly Wang I thought that was too funny to pass up.
For around $14 sing I got 2 bowls of roast chicken with noodles. A milk tea, 2 eggs, sugar butter toast and a bottle of water.
The roast chicken was really tender and tasted amazing. The noodles had a really nice herbal background flavour and were garnished with plenty of spring onion.
The sugar butter toast was kind of like kaya toast, it tasted great and my son loved it.
The eggs made the whole thing more filling and the milk tea hit the spot to wash it all down. I'd give it a go if you want something to eat in T1.
