★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely review a place but this was quite a frustrating experience. They had pots arranged across several racks and it wasn't clear which ones were for sale and which ones were not. Pots were put up for display but when we took them to the cashier, we were loudly questioned as to where we got the pots from and was eventually told that they were not for sale because they have not been keyed into the system. There was only one cashier managing a line of people, and she was clearly overwhelmed having to deal with queries and ringing up purchases at the same time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heard from their staff that Arbour is a rebrand from Rake Spade. Love the concept of the newly renovated space and their staffs are still as knowledgeable as before. Wide range of products to cater to all my planting needs, will definitely come back here again!
