Not really sure how these people can manage to get so many 5 star reviews...five out of five plants we got from them were diseased and slowly died a sad sad death! The first two arrived looking miserable (they looked lovely in the nursery), and their excuse was that they were probably left in the truck too long in the sun! The two that we got as replacements using the credit note that they begrudgingly gave us are also nearly dead. The fifth is also looking more miserable every week and suspect it is also not far off. All this with meticulous watering, plant food used on a regular basis and leaves wiped clean weekly! In contrast, six plants we bought from another shop on the same street are thriving. I would stay away from this place. Not sure what they are doing to their plants but the track record suggests something is seriously wrong here...

Great plant and garden shop on Thompson Road. Great for herbs and small fruit trees.

The boss’s bother, an old uncle, is very nice and helpful. Greatly appreciate him assistance for being accommodating. The company deserves to have a good business for his kind heart:) However, one of their Bangladeshi driver wasn’t very nice and even asked for tips, which I felt uncomfortable

Wide range of outdoor plant but it is a bit expensive though. Plenty of herbs too.

Bought 3 dracena from the physical shop, delivered fast and on time, however one plant started to turn yellow and black beginning of the 2nd week, and by the end of the 2nd week, leaves completely dropped off, and another dracena also turned dark and yellow, leaving only 1 out of 3 still healthy within 2 weeks of delivery. Customer service is an even bigger problem. A lady sounded in 50s, was not only rude but rather mean. She claimed shop is no longer responsible once plants are delivered, and asked me if I adopted a child and find the child unhealthy will I return? When asked her why 1 out of 3 is healthy, her answer was if someone in your family get sick, not everyone will get sick. Further more, on my question on how she can help, she offered advice the dead is dead, just take care of the live one! Later contacted the shop again and heard she is one of the owners. This is my first time shopping there, a completely horrible experience, from the goods to the customer service. Can't believe someone can speak of such evil words to a stranger, let alone a customer.

Well I love plants and I visit nurseries almost every weekend, got to say it is alright compared to some other nursery, worth going down to Thomson though because there are quite a few places over there to visit.

Too stupid...they have no idea how to run a business. Spend $1200 on plants and pots. As we're walking out, they screamed you forgot to pay for this item worth $4!! I paid for it, but you have absolutely no clue about customer engagement. I will never go back and also tell my friends. Just because you lost out of $4. No clue how to ru a business.
