Goodwood Florist Pte Ltd - 565 Thomson Rd

I love spending an afternoon strolling through the plant stores on Thompson Rd. Goodwood is one of my favorites. Today I happened to be leaving just as it started raining. A kind employee quickly found two umbrellas and walked me to my waiting cab, managing to keep both me and my bags dry while handing me into the backseat. Thank you for your great customer service, as usual!

Plants are generally in good shape but this place lacks customer service. Plump middle age female cashier has some serious attitude problem. Bought a plant few months ago and was served by her. Remembered this cashier due to her brash, cold and unhelpful manners. Thinking that it was just a one off incident the last time, I decided to go plant shopping at Goodwood again. Decided on a plant and was served by the same cashier. Price tag on plant was $8.90 but she wanted to charge me $10.90. This was despite the fact that the entire rack of similar plants cost $8.90 for the smaller pots and $11.90 for the bigger ones as indicated on the price tags. I casually informed her that the price tag showed $8.90. She replied that they had just increased the price and added “Then don’t buy” rudely. Even if what she said was true, the “then don’t buy” remarks were simply uncalled for. The experience with this cashier was simply unpleasant even though our interaction was less than five min. I would not want to mar my shopping experience and spoil my mood by such an obnoxious person who does not display basic courtesy and respect for customers.

Wide variety of plants for indoors and outdoors. Allow reserving (not many nurseries do this). All the staff are friendly to customers and I see the staff are friendly towards their own colleagues too! Highly recommended!

Great customer service at Goodwood Florist. The guy (forgot his name) that attended to us was very helpful and patiently attended to our needs and requests. We are pleased that he is not the kind of staff that very pushy or upselling. We managed to get all the plants we want within our budget with his kind assistance. Delivery was smooth too. Plants arrived safely and in perfect condition (after repotting). Two days after delivery, we realized that the self watering pot indicator (for Pachira) that we bought is not working well. Dropped an email to customer service, and surprised by the prompt response within half an hour. A staff called up to explained and guided us how to check if the indicator is working which later on we found out....it is working fine. The staff also gives some tips and guidance how to use this self watering pot and how to take care of the Pachira. Appreciate the help and thank you for the magnificent customer service provided. ?

They are by far the cheapest after running around so many nursery in sg plus the plant health is a rally immaculate. So amaze with their skills. But I can never keep it the same level of health at home. Sigh . But happy to come back and replenish new good looking ones since they r so much cheaper . Sometimes as much as half the prices that I see in neighbourhood shop

Bought 3 mini Cactus, 2 Fitonia here! fresh and healthy plants, flowers also have many options of flower pots as well. Don't need to expect for good services because we already can get a big happiness from those fresh amd healthy plants, flowers !

Price - I would say it’s reasonable compared to other florist. Customer service - much better compared to far east flora . Staff are willingly to assist and render help. However they could have open out more temp counter to cater to surge in customers due to festive season. Varieties - varieties are good enough which you will end up buying something ? Convenience- within walking distance from Caldecott station exit 1. ~ 10 min leisure walk .
