★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few years ago they had a lineup of places to visit, and I paid procedurally but at the last minute the main area where the tour went was secretly cancelled and another was replaced in its place.
When I asked for a refund they refused. Later on when I called them they offered a half off.
They were utterly untransparent and unprofessional, trying to trick people when they made a mistake.
