β β β β β We love the service at this cafΓ©. The tables are always clean and the staff, very helpful. Especially when there was some connection issue with payment, Ms Yalin was very patient with settling the issue. Also, the baked pasta was really delicious, the kids love it! Don't forget to try the iced Thai milk tea too :) thank you!

β β β β β Deliciously and price worthy food! Satisfied! Recommended to go on weekends nights as less crowd! Unfortunately Chicky Chicken burger is OOS. had Charcoal Cheeseburger instead and is good too!Generous portion of fries. Another dish is Meatball Marinara Pasta!

β β β β β No point using entertainer app at this cafe as the cafe cashier will push and say about their existing promotion and that the entertainer app can only redeem that promotion. Note that this same promotion can be redeem by the public without entertainer app. Here's the cost comparison:
Cost of mango tango on the menu: $16.80
Cost of portobello mushroom with bacon: $16.90
Cost of thai milk tea: $3.50
Cost of ice lemon tea: $3.50
By right, buying the 4 items above and using 1 for 1 with the entertainer app, total cost will be: $16.90 + $3.50 +$3.50 = $23.90
But the promotion that consist of the 4 items above cost $28, needless to say we have been scammed? Had to pay because we were already given the drinks.
Food presentation looks good.
Taste wise so-so, not worth for the price.

β β β β β Expected a quiet place with at most instrumental music, but jt played some faint pop music, just like someone playing their favourite song on mobile loudly. Hot latte served in a short glass without handle. So is hot when you hold it to drink.

β β β β β Had the sirloin steak burrito bowl and mango salmon on the last day before Phase 2 kicks back in, have to say that we definitely made the right choice! Great ambience, food was amazing and seriously affordable (at $28 nett for 2 pax), staff were also friendly and accommodating, not to mention that we were given complimentary desserts at the end of our meal by a cool guy (didn't catch his name unfortunately!) Awesome experience, we'll surely be back soon :)

β β β β β Visited OTC a week or so ago. Unassuming location at Level 3 in the National Library. Ambiance was pretty chill (nice to see the cars pass by Middle Road).
We ordered the sirloin steak grain bowl and portobello breakfast set. Food was well presented and tastes decent (the sirloin was on the tough side though).
Why only 3 stars?
(-0.5) Staff were pretty cold.
(-0.5) Misleading promotion on the Entertainer - We were told that we could only get 1-for-1 on an "Entertainer set" and nothing else on the menu, despite the app stating otherwise.
(-1) Scammy pricing - Ordering the items on the "Entertainer set" ala carte would cost $20+ but the set was priced at $28 (?!).
Suggestion: Be sincere and honest when offering a promotion / good deal.

β β β β β Reserved a table via eatigo, i didn't know that there was a cafe in our National Library! Gotten 10% discount for the food! Pretty quiet cafe (maybe it's in the library!), prices are very reasonable and they accept cash, nets and grabpay only!
Charcoal burger was not bad, just that beef patty was a little salty.. Just nice for a 1 woman's belly portion haha..
Just the place you need to chill for hours and feel "safe" as it was not crowded at all (around 12.30pm).. ??

β β β β β Bright and spacious Cafe with high ceiling at L3 of National Library. We ordered chicken lasagne, penne with mushroom and chicken sausage and Parmesan truffle fries. The lunch bill of $37.50 is enough for a family of 4 (we already had Hans for breakfast). We brought water, so Iβm not sure if they serve water. Great service too, even though thereβs no service charge. Recommend U to check out this Cafe.
