β β β β β Onespine has helped my husband and I deal with all our back pain and bad posture. My husband had migraine and slip disc issues that could not be solved using medication and after much searching, we found Onespine to our relief! They even helped me relieve back pain through pregnancy and helped to check on my baby. We have been seeing Dr Anthony for over 7 years.
All the doctors are extremely skillful, friendly, helpful and approachable. Recommended for all ages and anyone just wants to regularly maintain their neck and back health / alignment to prevent aches.

Reliable on brac for a year
After seeing Dr Anthony , I no longer have to wear brac just within the first two week
My bone wonβt ache if I donβt wear which normally it will ache before that
Really recommend! Aside from all this ,it is way more affordable as compared to the previous Dr I was seeing for since years back
to me at least , it really helped me and itβs really effective.
Thanks doctor Anthony for his professionalism and recommendations on yoga and stretching i could do on my free time .
