Went to South Korea for Winter Wonderland last Dec. The tour guide was Nathan Cui Zai He. He was excellent! He took care of the whole tour group with no Singapore guide. He arranged the itinerary and hotels so that we could maximize our enjoyment time and less travelling time. The only thing we could find fault was we felt that we joined a China tour during the shopping trip to Ginseng, beauty shops. We were told that the tour guides' work review was based on their sales volume. There was certainly pressure to buy products then. However, he was still very professional even though our tour group didn't buy much. Please take away the sales and certainly Namo will deserve 1000*. Thank you

We took Namho service package in Singapore, overall service was just ok. One thing which is worth mention, they won't do anything for better customer services. Drivers are horrible n rude. Met one old guy driver n don't know his name, he went on insulting old couple who shared cab with us just coz they were 5 min late. Just 5 min and he went on n on with insult for whole of journey. Extremely disgusting. Ppl visit Singapore for Holiday & not to spoil their own hoildays. Learn basics of customer experience may be.

If I can give a negative rating, it will be best!! Bought tix with Namho. It was a great experience in the initial transection. However, when the epidemic happened, they did not even care to contact me on regards to any updates for 2 weeks since the out break. Gave the person in charge a call on Feb 4, she promisedto give me an update after she had done some checking, but after waiting for a week still no reply. Gave her a followup call on 10 Feb. She had been informated that that my transiting flight had been cancelled by the flight operator, and she did not take the reponsibility to inform me of the update. And she even said that I am too up tight on this matter, given that my travel date is only in April. When I corrected her that the flight is on 5 Mar. Then she realised how near the date is. This truly shows that she don't even bothered to verify anything before talking to me. Since my main flight and the transiting flight had been cancelled by the flight operator, so i asked for a refund, she mentioned that refund have to take abt 2 months!!! I don't understand on why is this so. (hope that someone can explain on this). She mentioned that the flight operator will give them the full refund. And she insisted of charging a SGD50 for admin charges. Why is there admin charges when she didn't even bother to do any checks or follow-up!!! Should I be even charging them for my effort of doing all the followups my self?? Jus for those who are interested in getting services from them, jus take note that the tickets they are selling is is much higher cost. For my case is about sgd 200 higher than the tix over the flight operator's website. This will not apply to their package tours, as this is not the service I engaged them for. She keep telling me that Namho wanna close the ticketing dept as it is not making money. With this kindly think twice when u are thinking of engaging their services.

Had a great tour with them . Drivers are punctual . Dint made us wait a second. Had a bad impression first after seeing many negative reviews here but experienced the best service. Really happy. Only thing is they are strict about timing & it's our responsibility to be on time . This is really good because is every family get late 5-10 minute then it will affect the whole tour schedule. If they don't pick you for being late then it's not their fault. City tour guide lady (name zian something) was really good. She explained everything well. Also drivers were friendly. Kudos to the whole team.? Thankyou so much ?

Service not as before pre covid. Flight prices marked up quite high.

Before the Covid outbreak, Namho was one of my favoured choice for package tours. After detailed enquiries, Namho's packages were somewhat lower in prices than other agencies. And I personally have no bones of their overseas arrangement, whelter for itineraries or food. Now that travelling is allowed, and my first overseas package is an arranged tour to parts of Southern Vietnam with Namho.

We just came from 8D7N Inspiring Korea trip with Nam Ho. We have a great time there and service level from Tour Leader (Yan Ping) & Korea Tour Guide (Coco Yang) was excellent. Especially taking extra care and attention to my 4YO son. It definitely exceeded our expectation. Keep up the good work and maintain excellent service and packaged tour quality. ???
