M	M T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been seeing Dr Mark at Ascent Ear Nose Throat Specialist Group for my conditions multiple times. The state of the Clinic, Instruments, Procedures are hygienic, & the Staff are professional. Dr Mark is a kind & caring Specialist, who helped to identify the potential triggers for my conditions, which definitely greatly reduced the flare ups I have. If this Clinic is a shady-greedy profit driven business, the good Doctor wouldn't have suggested taking the allergy test, to rule out this possible trigger. As this would reduce my flare ups, which would in turn reduce the potential profit loss from repeat visits. It's sad to see competitor Clinics resort to fabricating negative reviews libeling fellow Doctors of Ascent Group to gain more business, this behavior is incompatible with being a Doctor or Healthcare Professional.

He explained to me the process of the procedure in detail. Post op, he made sure I understood how to take care of stitches to heal better and faster. I felt really safe under his care. I was terrified about my treatment, but Dr Eng Soh Ping helped me calm down, explained the procedure in detail, and assured me that everything would go fine. At the end of the procedures, it was indeed as explained. He is an amiable and genuine person, never once forced me to perform any procedure. The nurse accompanying the doctor was also outstanding and helped me calm down by sharing her experience of the same treatment procedure. I’m delighted to get the treatment at this clinic.

I have been a colleague and a patient of Dr Ignatius Mark and cannot recommend a better or kinder doctor /surgeon. He has always combined skill and compassion in equal measure and will always be my choice to attend to family and friends. His staff and clinic setup are also exemplary in their dedication to patient care.

In any surgery, I for one would take a skepticism approach. However, I was well take care of, from surgery to post follow ups. Husband was surprisingly please to receive a call from Dr Chin on my post surgery updates. He is the first specialist, among those that I would have come across, who is always prompt and punctual with his clinic visits. A great thank for giving me a scent of smell and breathing clearly again after twenty over years.
