It was easy to discuss our concerns with him, at no point did he impose a particular decision on us. His points were put across very clearly. Kudos to the clinic staff so being so prompt and efficient.

When i first met Dr Chia, i was a bit nervous but he puts me at ease by answering all my questions. He will explain everything, every details - without rushing on time. Very compassionate and helpful. Really at ease after getting the result - Thank you Dr Chia. I would definitely recommend him. Great experience here!

The scope procedure went smoothly and the arrangement of the procedure was great too. The hospital staff were amazing as well and they ensured that my mum was comfortable throughout. Kudos to Patricia for her great energy and it was very pleasant interacting with her. She was able to answer clearly to our questions and gave very clear instructions on what we need to do to prepare for the procedure the day before. Would highly recommend their services!
