Rented a Toyota sienta from them for one month. Car was in pretty bad condition - dirty, rubber on doors coming off, a rattling sound that somehow their guy didn't hear when he was driving the car up to the service shop that turned out to be a loose bolt on the suspension. Plenty of dents and scratches. I should have gone with my instinct not to rent but my partner said we were already there so might as well. Went through the check list pointing out all the dents and scratches while my partner took a video of the car. I didn't pay much attention to what he was writing on his check list because I was looking for more dents and scratches. When I returned the car one month later, they asked me to wait inside while they inspected the car. Somehow they "found" a dent they claimed was new and wasn't on the checklist. I was extremely confused because I had not knocked into anything the entire time I had the car. I looked at the video my partner took which was unfortunately not clear and there was a definite shadow where the dent was from every angle as the camera went past.The sales guy claimed that because the dent had black marks that were not clear in the video, it was proof that the dent was new. The video literally ends with my partner asking "what are those black marks" in chinese. Sales guy claimed I could try retaking the video, and he would use his phone to video it too to see if it was really camera quality. First of all, my partner isn't even there with his phone so different devices different story. Second of all, he panned so slowly and even paused over the dent which my partner didn't do. Even brought out another guy to come and argue with me. In the end after I was willing to accept fault for some paint transfer on one of the wheel rims which I will readily own up to doing, they took my $50 and suddenly were willing to forget the dent. If they really thought it was my fault wouldn't they have pursued it? I gave you so much of my earnings in that one month and you still want to squeeze blood out of a stone? Renters beware. Take clear PHOTOS of every dent and scratch. Go through the checklist yourself. Better yet, rent from somewhere else. UPDATE: After they found my review online, one of the salesmen called me and v immediately started yelling at me intimidatingly about the bad review.

Good and prompt service. Rented a Kia Picanto for 2.5 months. Needed an affordable car to tie me over till my main car arrived. Appreciated their service even when I had issues on weekends or late nights. No frills. I personally would go back to them again should I need a short term car rental.

Bad service, likes to cheat and threaten customers, don't rent a car from them!!!

Be careful renting a car with them, they will like gangster threaten and blacklisted you, very bad experience

Very reliable and accomodating company. Needed a car last min and had to walk in. The staff were very friendly and understanding. Provided me a suitable drive for a reasonable price. Gou Hao & Keith deserve a special mention for their professionalism and patience. All in all a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
