Rental company is extremely good! Rented for my first time as a P-Plate driver and had a pleasant experience working with their friendly and helpful staffs. The rates are relatively affordable as well. Car had no issues too. Will recommend to everyone who needs to get a car!

Rented a car over a weekend in March 2019 with CL Leasing. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. One of the staff, Alvin, was extremely helpful. I was asking if I can put on the blind spot mirror and he advice me against it as it will limit my view especially if I wanted to change the lane. As the lighting of the place is kind of dim, I failed to check one of the defects and I thought I was the one who have scratched the car. Lucky for me, the staff were very honest and justified to their boss that it was the previous client that have caused the damage. If you stay around the area and looking for a car rental company to rent from, I highly recommend CL leasing because of their service and honesty. Also, thank you Silver for her responsiveness to my questions and being very understanding of my situation. Thank you CL leasing for making my first car rental experience a smooth and pleasant one!

Fuss free and professional in terms of car availability and inspection of the vehicle before moving off. P plate friendly and price is very reasonable compare to others. Speedy and prompt response to questions and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Recommend for drivers who are looking to rent or lease vehicle. Vehicle is well maintained and looked after.

Rented a car with them twice on their car sharing web app. I had high expectations because of the numerous excellent reviews on Google. The experience was acceptable but this was what I experienced that I felt was a bit frustrating: 1. The website doesn't clearly tell me that I have 15 minutes grace period to check the condition of the car. Only when I called their hotline and shared my frustration with the time it took me to take photos of the numerous damages on the car did the operator let me know of this. 2. Car was imperfect both times I booked. First time, car adapter wasn't working and interior was dirty. Second time, infotainment system broke down halfway. I don't expect the car to be like new, but car adapter spoilt can impact the safety of my ride as I will be unable to put up the dash cam. But I guess if I want to continue using their services, I just have to manage my expectations with this. It is car sharing after all. 3. If I pay for some food and realise that the food had some foreign materials in it, the waiter will likely replace it with a new set. With my experience with CL, if I encounter some issues with the car, through no fault of my own, no resolution is provided. Basically, the company offers an apology and nothing else. I feel like I'm left to fend for myself. 4. The top up of the account on their web app forces me to top up in $20, 50, 100 or 200. Further, I have to absorb the transaction cost ranging from $1-3. Remote car sharing like CL does come with its perks, like being able to book a car at any hour of the day though. So yeah... overall it's a 3 star experience for me. Not bad, but can be better.

P-plate friendly. Rented for a month as I wanted to see if driving long term is for me. Vehicle maintained in reasonably good condition. Had a small mishap but was settled smoothly. Can remotely extend the lease without heading down again. Thank you Silver for making my first car rental experience a delightful one! ???
