I had the most horrible experience in this store. I would not recommend anyone to shop here. The piece I purchased was broken when I opened the box once I reached home. Called the store immediately but they refused to exchange / replace it. The worst shopping experience!

Enriched with all the very best collection of all sort of Indian crafts in wood, marble and metal. You can find all your required figures, souvenirs and drcoratives and won't come back empty handed.

The staff are friendly with a wide range of unique and antique collection of items. But their delivery of items is very questionable and their management responding to and engagement of customers is atrocious. Best is to buy and collect items on the spot. Do not ask them for delivery and ever speak to their owner Ms Sonali especially.

I enjoyed shopping here, got a good deal on an Indian antique mirror, which they said they are clearing. Look for staff Daljit, who is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are here and there, some are well priced, others over priced, overall one of the best places to buy Indian designed home decor.

Very arrogant people, they are not aware of Singapore culture and hospitality, whoever approved their business in Singapore, really have to take look at them are they really qualified run a business which will impact the asian arts and culture in Singapore. They are not bothered about culture and arts, which helps maintain our history and culture. I would suggest if you have another option that will be best.

My husband and I engaged their services in September 2020 and paid 50% of the total amount as a deposit for our shipment of 3 large statues. The total amount was in five digits, by the way. Unfortunately, their service was the worst! They seemed all so accommodating when we placed our order with them and seemed like the nicest people. However, everything ended in a disaster and after enduring their rubbish service for 4 months, we cancelled our order. We were in a group chat with the owners where we sent our reference picture as to how we wanted our statues to be. Let me repeat myself to reinforce that we paid in September and up till December we received ZERO updates from them. We would text and call and they would just procrastinate. We had to even go to the shop physically thrice to four times because they simply never bothered to understand our orders. They wrote it down on some notebook and then on their phones and then asked us the same questions over and over again. Only on December 2nd did we get the outline of one statue and even then we had to push so much to get our order in. Then on December second week came our second statue which looked completely different from what we ordered. When we questioned them, they gave all kind of reasons as to how we can order something but it is ultimately up to the artist to decide. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT IN EVEN CUSTOMIZING! Anyways this one statue was with no changes to the reference picture we wanted. They even messed the simplest order up! The icing on the cake was when I called to ask why the statue turned out that way and the female boss who is SO SO SO RUDE started shouting and screaming at me on the phone! She could yell at me saying I was rude for asking her all my concerned questions and hence she was not able to deliver. Even when we reconfirmed our orders with her, she was rude. She is rude all the damn time. The other owner who I believe is the husband just nods his head to everything. Pretty sure he didn't understand anything my husband and I told or asked him right from the time we walked into the shop for the very first time. I would discourage anyone from placing your orders with them because they have no sense of obligation to customer service and satisfaction. We are still truly disappointed that shops like this still exist. I even read someone else's review posted about this place and how that person too had a terrible encounter with them. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Unless you are willing to go back and forth and accept statues that look nothing like what you ordered. The ONLY GOOD thing is, they transferred back the full amount to us. Which also speaks highly of how certain they were to not make amendments to their mistakes but instead to just rather not deal with us. Till the end, we never got an apology from them. And also, the female boss treats her employees so poorly. There is a lovely sales assistant who was the only person who understood our orders and paid attention to all the details we mentioned. When she tried highlighting it to her rude female boss, she was yelled at in front of us. I don't think this woman even treats her employees well. My dear Asian Crafts, if and when you read this- PLEASE DO NOT BOTHER REPLYING. I rather you actually do something about your service and professional status of actually running a business. I wish I didn't even give this one star rating but I guess it is the lowest option possible.

Collection is really great. Slightly on higher end but definitely worth buying as gifts and home decor. Staff seems not so interested in doing business and catering to customer needs. If they improve on that it would be great.

Of all the arts & crafts stores on popular Serangoon store, this one stood out by far. The variety of items is plentiful - there is even a second floor [I did not have time to see] with larger furniture items. This is a family owned business with great service, fair prices, and an excellent selection of Asian art!!
