Really enjoyed the Ashta Berries 8 and Asana Zen 6 drink! The Ashta 8 drink was really refreshing and tasted good especially when ice cold. The drinks are also not too sweet and the packaging is very aesthetically pleasing ?.

Facing issue with PMS issues pre-during-post?? Give Asmara products a try, at least it works for me. I always face severe migraine, cramps and loss of concentration (due to migraine) monthly. Often I have to take muscle relaxant for the 1-3 days and take leave to rest as I am not able to focus at all. I have been drinking Simha Tea but not frequent. I am a Tea-Lover so I will rotate different tea types, for example Pu-Er, white tea and etc. Only the past 3-4 weeks i started taking it daily. I read review it helps on PMS so I decided to give it a try. That is what I do: Step 1: Simha Tea is a good quality tea, so 1 tea bag I can drink a few rounds depending on the cup size, for a 300ml cup, i can make 4 rounds. When i felt the pain in the morning, I drank 3-4 cups (with break in between and of course is refilling hot water). Step 2: I put 1 scoop of the YIN Ginseng Probiotics into Simha tea either at the 1st round or the subsequent round Feeling: The level of the pain for the cramp reduce significantly after 2-3 cups. Step 3: In the evening, I made a fresh Simha Tea and drink 1-2 cups before bed time. Before 8pm. Do not worry about not able to sleep, it helps me to sleep better instead. Feeling: The next day the cramp is very mild and migraine is not so "detectable". Most importantly, I was able to stay focus for work and no need to take leave. Do it give it a try, if you have this issue. ??? Additional remark: I did this for the 1-4 days. After that resume to normal 1 tea bag per day.

Really enjoy the drinks (fav is Astri 33 and Ashta Berries 8) because of the unique blends and good taste!! If that is not enough, I can drink it without worrying about my health, it is all natural, high in fibre and packs with nutrients??? stocked up my pantry with boxes of Asmara drinks!

The Simha tea has a pleasant taste profile with a relaxing effect and can be enjoyed even in the evening. Also appreciate its triangular tea bags as this ensures optimum brewing of the tea and the packaging is really lovely :)

Really innovative product line-up, not to mention that the products are all healthy and tasty. I personally really enjoyed the Secret Formula Papadum, Honey Mustard Soy Crisps, and the Asana 6 drink. As someone who believes strongly in a probiotic rich diet, Asana’s products make consuming probiotic foods and drinks really accessible. I really hope to see the company and its products increase in presence, because this stuff is seriously good! Not to mention, it’s all made in Singapore!

I bought the health drink series and the Simha Herbal Infusion tea. I really enjoyed the Astri Drink which is great for immunity and digestion and has a clear taste of lemongrass and ginger. The Simha tea was great to calm nerves and aid digestion.
